Andrew has been with the company since January 2012 and is an Associate Member of CIMA (Charted Institute of Management Accountants). His qualifications include: Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall, Coshh Awareness, AEMT, Manual Handing, CSCS, Forklift License and IOSH. Andrew is also our authorised person for the repair of hazardous equipment and trained in fan balancing.

Roger
General Manager
Roger started at Fyfe Wilson as the Sales & Stores Manager in January 2020 and progressed to General Manager in April 2023. His background is mechanical and he has numerous City & Guilds, RTITB and HNC qualifications and more recently Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall, Health Safety and Welfare for Workers qualifications. He is currently doing the NEBOSH qualification.

Victoria
Accounts / Business Coordinator
Victoria has progressed from working in our Office Administration Team to become our Accounts Supervisor. Victoria has the AAT level 2 accountancy qualification along with being First Aider, NVQ Level 2 in Reception and Administration and is qualified in Asbestos Awareness, COSHH, Manual Handing, Risk Assessing and Method Statement. Victoria is currently doing her AAT Level 3.

Site Electrical Manager

Declan B
Electrical Inspection Supervisor/ Site Electrical Testing
Declan started his apprenticeship with us in August 2016, he is a fully qualified electrician who can test and inspect Electrical Wiring Systems and carry out installations of EV chargers. His qualifications include Gold Card, 18th edition, Electrical Inspection and Testing, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space, First Aider, Pasma, IPAF, SPA and NICEIC EV Charging.

Callum
Site Electrician
Callum joined Fyfe Wilson as an apprentice in 2017 and completed this with Harlow College. In February 2024, he rejoined the company as a site electrician. His qualifications include SPA, First Aider, Asbestos, Electrical Inspection and Testing, IPAF and Pasma.

Site Electrician
Dennis joined Fyfe Wilson in August 1988, he has vast experience and knowledge of all electrical systems and panel building. Dennis’ qualifications include 18th Edition, Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space, First Aid, Gold Card, Pasma & IPAF Trained and SPA.
Matt
Site Mechanical Engineer
Matt joined Fyfe Wilson in May 2022 with a background in Motor and Pump Repairs, his qualifications include Confined Space, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, GSAT, Pasma & IPAF, SPA and holds a Forklift Licence.

Site Mechanical Engineer
Tom joined Fyfe Wilson in April 2012 as a Mechanical Apprentice in our workshop, completed his apprenticeship and progressed to our Site Mechanical Team. Tom’s qualifications include Confined Space, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid, GSAT, Pasma & IPAF and EUSR Water Hygiene.
Ben L
Site Mechanical Apprentice
Ben started an apprenticeship with Fyfe Wilson in our Machine Shop in July 2023. He transferred to Welding and Fabrication in November 2023, to learn a new trade. Ben now works in our Site Mechanical Team. He is also trained to balance fans in our workshop and on-site. Ben’s qualifications include Asbestos Awareness, Abrasive Wheels, Manual Handling, Coshh Awareness, Fire Extinguisher Awareness, Slips & Trips Awareness, Fire Safety Awareness, Noise Awareness, Work Equipment Awareness, Emergency First Aid and Confined Space. He recently completed his AEMT qualification, allowing him to inspect and certify flameproof motors, pumps and fans.

Site Mechanical Engineer
Ciaran started at Fyfe Wilson in 2024, with experience in motors, pumps and plant rooms; he progressed from our Workshop into the Site Mechanical team with ease. He completed his AEMT qualification, allowing him to inspect and certify flameproof motors, pumps and fans. He is also a trained first aider, and holds other qualifications, including Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and COSHH.

Welding and Fabrication Supervisor
Ben started as an apprentice in the Machine Shop in July 2018, and since April 2023, he has progressed to Welding & Fabrication Supervisor. He can manufacture or repair items using all types of welding, whether it is gas, arc, TIG or MIG on a majority of materials. Ben’s qualifications include Asbestos Awareness, Confined Space, Abrasive Wheels, First Aid, Pasma & IPAF, GSAT and SPA.

Machine Shop Supervisor
Russell joined Fyfe Wilson in April 2002 in the Machine Shop and has since then progressed to the Machine Shop Supervisor. He has over 30 years of experience on manual lathes and his qualifications include, Abrasive Wheels, SPA Quarry and a Forklift License Holder.

Workshop Manager
Paul started with Fyfe Wilson back in 1988 as an apprentice and is now our Technical Advisor. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the trade, and he has vast experience and knowledge of winding shops, workshops, panel shops and defence motors and pumps.

Driver and Cleaner
John joined Fyfe Wilson in September 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic as a cleaner. He is mainly out collecting units that need repairing or delivering them back to you after the repair has been completed. He is also a qualified first aider and has a forklift license.
James
Parts Coordinator
James will meet you when you bring your motors, gearboxes and all other items in for us to repair, or when you’re collecting your repaired item. James also has a Store full of consumables that you can purchase over the counter.

Workshop Engineer
David joined Fyfe Wilson as an apprentice in April 1966. To say David has a wealth of experience is an understatement; whether it’s a motor, pump, gearbox, or manufacturing magnet, David has seen them all.

Workshop Engineer
Dan joined Fyfe Wilson in April 2022 and brings over 30 years of experience in the trade, especially in the internal repairs of motors. Dan also holds a forklift license.

Workshop Engineer
Mick joined Fyfe Wilson back in July 1979 and has over 34 years of experience in the trade. Whether it be electric motors, pumps, gearboxes, or transformers, Mick has experience with them all. Mick also carries a Forklift license.
